## 1. Agreement to Policy


By placing an order on *BHEZOO*, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

All disputes, claims, or chargebacks will be handled strictly as per this policy.

## 2. Order Cancellation Policy


* Orders can be cancelled *only before processing or dispatch*.

* Once the order is *processed or dispatched, cancellation is **not allowed*.

* Orders picked up by the courier *cannot be cancelled under any circumstances*.

## 3. Refund Eligibility


Refund or replacement will be provided *only in the following cases*:


* Product received is *damaged*

* Product received is *incorrect*

* *Missing items* in the delivered package


### Mandatory Proof Requirement


Customers must submit the following *within 24 hours of delivery*:


* Proper *one-take, uncut unboxing video*

* Clear photos of the product and packaging

* Order ID


❗ Claims without valid proof will be *strictly rejected*.

## 4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases


Refunds or returns will *NOT be accepted* in the following situations:


* Customer does not like the product

* Wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer

* Delivery delay caused by courier company, weather, strikes, or force majeure

* Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

* Customer unavailable or order refused at delivery

* Used, washed, altered, or damaged products (by customer)

* Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery

* Claims without proper proof

* Discounted / sale items (if applicable)

## 5. Replacement Policy


* In eligible cases, *BHEZOO reserves the right to offer replacement instead of refund*.

* Replacement products will be dispatched within *7–10 working days*, subject to stock availability.

## 6. Refund Processing Time


* Approved refunds will be processed within *7–10 working days*.

* Refunds will be issued *only to the original payment method*

(UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Wallet).

## 7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders


* *No cash refunds* for COD orders.

* Refunds for COD orders will be processed via *UPI or bank transfer only*.

* COD convenience and shipping charges are *non-refundable*.

## 8. Shipping Charges


* Original shipping charges are *non-refundable*.

* Return pickup charges (if applicable) may be *deducted from the refund amount*.

## 9. Address Change / Update Policy


* Address changes are allowed *only before dispatch*.

* If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,

*BHEZOO will not be responsible for refund or re-delivery*.

## 10. Fraud & Policy Misuse


*BHEZOO reserves full rights* to:


* Reject fake or repeated refund claims

* Block user accounts involved in policy misuse

* Deny refunds without valid proof

* Take legal action in case of fraud or abuse

* Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice

* Take the final decision on refunds, returns, and replacements
